Tran started her journey with mindfulness two years ago when she discovered Illumination Institute. Implementing the mindfulness lessons in her daily life, Tran has learned the value and the gift of being present in the moment. With all that she does, she has found it to be extremely helpful with managing her stress. With the help of mindfulness, she is calm, focused, more creative, and more productive in all her endeavors. She is passionate about mental health and strives to spread more awareness about the positive benefits that come with practicing mindfulness. With the ultimate goal of trying to help people, she is excited and inspired by our mission and vision, and is looking forward to contributing to the growth of mindfulness in schools and adults. Tran graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and is currently a law school student.
