Mindfulness Lessons for Students in Kindergarten to 2nd Grade

Practicing awareness from a young age can help students learn about their bodies, senses and thoughts in a supportive and compassionate environment, providing a foundation for healthy relationships with self and others. Our K-2 curriculum consists of 16 original lessons that begin with posture, breathing and body awareness before exploring the five senses in a range of exercises and activities. We also include lessons on emotions, thoughts, gratitude and kindness. K-2 teachers are supported with suggested activities for the classroom, worksheets and an interactive script using a “Mindful Mascot.”
