Middle & High School Program
Pre-teens and teenagers face more pressures today than ever before, with increasing academic competitiveness combined with ever-present online peer networks. Our mindfulness lessons for middle and high schoolers are designed to build confidence and self-compassion, increase emotional awareness and foster the ability to self-regulate thoughts and feelings. Our 32-lesson curriculum was developed for year-round use and includes lessons on social media, bullying and test-taking anxiety. Middle and high school teachers are supported with regular outreach from our team, slide presentations for each lesson, original audio files, worksheets, discussion questions and suggested classroom activities.
